WEDDING PLANNING GENERAL SERVICES

  WEDDING THEME
After discussing your full thoughts regarding this day, we can give you options for a wedding theme that will assist in decisions, regarding colours and decorations.
INVITATIONS
We could provide samples to help you decide on the final invitation. We could arrange for the design/ printing/ delivery (by post or hand delivery).
We can also take care of guest response regarding dinner attendance.
 

WEDDING PERMIT
We can make the necessary arrangements for gathering all documents needed for obtaining your wedding permit (ie. Birth Certificates, Liberation Documents, Thalassemia Tests, Archiepiskopi signatures, wedding permit certificate, ceremony certificate)

CEREMONY ITEMS
We will provide everything needed for the church ceremony and can give you options regarding wedding accessories (veres, stefana, wine glass,guest book,white sweets, red ribbon etc.)
  CATERERS
We will arrange for caterers to see the location and give cost estimation for equipment and catering facilities, tables, chairs and covers, cutlery etc. We will investigate on menu options and their costs and arrange tastings for you, to help you choose or reject.
We will make sure they meet upto your demands and provide high standard and quality services.
PHOTOGRAPHER/ VIDEO PRODUCTION
We can provide you with options of different studios with their quotations, each accompanied by photos & DVD samples so that you can make your own decision.
  GUESTS FROM ABROAD
In the case that you will be having guests from abraod attending your wedding, we could send different hotel options to them by e-mail. This will include all hotel facilities, special rates agreed and also either a hotel name or our details, so that they can, make their reservation directly.
We can make arrangements for all transportation they might need(re. From and to airport), as well as, a round-the-island bus-tour escorted by a guide.

MUSIC/DJ
We can introduce you to options for DJs, Live Bands, Classical Music (Quartets or Trios), Jazz bands, piano or any other sort of music you may wish to have for your reception-dinner party.

  HAIR & MAKE UP
We can give you options of professionals that will make you look your best for your wedding day. Alternatively, we can justcoordinate your own hairstylist and make-up artist for the rehearsals needed and for the wedding day itself, making sure you will get the absolute result without having to worry about anything, but to enjoy it.
WEDDING DRESS - BRIDESMAIDS
We believe that the Bridemaids’ clothes should not be too far off from the style of the wedding dress. Therefore if EasyWed could be guided to the particular style, we could provide options for what the Bridemaids could wear.
Regarding the wedding Dress-in the case that you would like us to, we could guide you to where you could look at wedding dresses,ideasinternet sights and finally wedding dress makers in Cyprus, Athens and abroad.
 

LOUKOUMIA / BOMBONIERES/ WEDDING CAKE
We will give you samples of Loukoumia (Traditional Wedding sweet) –if you want to have that, or other options that you may have instead / Options of a useful and pretty gift that your guests could be given on the dinner tables / Options of gorgeous Wedding Cakes (Lookwise and tastewise)

MARQUEES/ FLOWERS/ DECORATIONS
These very important services can also be taken care by us, always guided by your own taste, satisfaction and budget limits. After viewing the location with people that will be involved regarding these services, we can present to you ideas, options and cost estimations.
We will supervise for everything to turn out as agreed and make sure that the decoration of the Church, cars, house garden and the dinner tables will look superb.

 

KATAMARAN CRUISE
We suggest this as an option for an alternative day’s entertainment for yourselves and your guests, or even just a group of your close friends for a fun otternative day wedding party on the boat.
Music dj & food included – Photographer optional, but recommended.
WEDDING DAY COORDINATION
Communicate with all parties involved in the wedding, for preparing a detailed time-table for the day to run smoothly. (Hair, make-up, decorations/ flowers, marquees, set-up of dinner/catering, photographer, music/band/Dj, table guest list arrangement).
We will make sure that everything runs according to schedule and resolve any problems that might arise as we go along. Our only aim would be for you and your guests to have an enjoyable and relaxed day.

Please note that contracts will be prepared by us and signed by all parties concerned for all the services, contounig all details agreed.
